Plans
Four standard packages and a custom configuration.
MIDI includes MINI; MAXI includes MIDI and MINI. The custom plan always starts from the MINI core – only the modules you need are added. There is no extra fee per employee or user in MINI, MIDI, MAXI or the custom plan.

Implementation prices are indicative minimums, not a final commitment. They depend on the volume of initial data, the number of approval chains and integrations. Implementation is not part of the monthly price.

Briefly, what people ask most.
Is the number of users limited?
Only MICRO has a limit – up to 10 active named users and up to 10 employees in the company. In MINI, MIDI, MAXI and the custom plan the number of users is unlimited and does not change the price.
Is hosting charged extra?
No. Standard hosting and 50 GB per client environment are included in every plan price. Additional storage and larger server resources are priced separately.
What happens when a company outgrows MICRO?
You choose a standard plan or a custom configuration. MIDI keeps all the functions MICRO had. MINI covers MINI functions only, so it is not an equivalent replacement. The move does not happen automatically – we agree it together.
Can I buy only the DMS or the board module?
A custom configuration starts from the MINI core at 199 EUR/month. The modules you need are added to it, e.g. MINI + DMS – 419 EUR/month, MINI + board minutes – 269 EUR/month.
Are integrations and implementation part of the monthly price?
No, they are priced separately. The integration capability in the system, its configuration work and the external vendor's fee (e.g. e-signature operations, Microsoft 365 licences) are three different things – the proposal lists them as separate lines.
Does the price drop if we don't use all MIDI or MAXI functions?
The package price does not change. If you need only a few modules, choose the custom configuration – the calculator shows whether a standard package with all the selected functions would be cheaper.
Is a submitted request binding?
No. A request asks for a proposal: it creates no subscription, payment or licence. A proposal keeps its own copy of the prices – later changes to the public price list do not change agreed prices automatically.
